Food Saftey
As a part of providing freshly produced goods to our communities and local stores, handling and storing our produce in the safest methods possible is an absolute necessity. Our warehouse faculty follow safety standards and protocols to ensure all our products are dealt with the correct procedures. This includes the proper storing methods and temperature control in order to maintain the freshness and consumption-safety of our produce.Â
As proof of our proper management of food safety standards, we have received the FDA’s HACCP certificate (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). This ensures all proper methods of handling, manufacturing, and distributing of the product are followed, as well as controlling all sorts of hazards from raw material production.
